I am very sorry to learn of this hacking episode.

I will try to help if I can. But in order to do so I need to know what scripting language and database is being used for this website. I can help if PHP and MySQL is being used.

Remember, all websites, regardless of how secure they seem to be, can still be hacked. There is no permanent remedy against hacking. All we can do is make it very difficult for any hacker to get in. Since this site has been hacked twice within a short time so obviously there are some glaring loopholes.

Also which is the hosting company for this website? Most US based hosting companies take care of majority of security issues and also provide back up facilities and don't cost much either.
