As some of you might be aware that I was visiting Finland in the month of August representing India at the 17th Foreign Correspondents' Programme. During my trip, I met Raoul Gomes, a Loyolean (Jamshedpur) settled in Finland. Mr Gomes is one of the donors for the new DNS. He is a very humble and kind person. We had lunch together at the Helsinki railway station café. I presented him with a copy of the latest DNS Magazine and told him the latest news from home. Though away for so many years, he has not forgotten his roots. In the true Jesuit spirit, he spoke about giving back to the society and hard work put in by Fr Hess and other Jesuits. I was so glad I met him. God bless such kind souls.
