Within the next month I intend to implement an assignment to visit the United States. My visit there will occupy two to three months. Cities and areas of visit are, in order, Chicago for seven to ten days, Baltimore-Washington for one month, San Diego area for seven to ten days, Chicago for three days, return to India. When the dates are fixed I'll report them.

Several of the Nobilians in the States have already been informed. I hope to see many who are in or near the areas above. Not having my own plane or car I'll not travel far from them.

I attended the AGM of Kolkata Nobilians on July 12. We had a good turn out, from as far back as Ashutosh Bhatt "62 to recent DNS 'graduateS' who were accepted as members - fees waived. The spirit was superb. For me it was rejuvenating although among mustachioed, graying and normally grave professionals.

I look forward to meetings in the States.

There has been a 'dust-up' in the web about my health and care. I appreciate care; but, as long as I am ambulatory there is no cause to worry.
